14-day free trial includes full Professional features. No credit card required. After trial, account automatically downgrades to Free tier unless upgraded.

6. Data Ownership & License

6.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to data you upload. By using b2bdata, you grant us a limited license to:

• ✅ Display processed results in your dashboard

6.2 Our IP

b2bdata and all related trademarks, software, algorithms, and content are our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the Service.

7. Service Availability

• 📊 Uptime Target: 99.9% monthly uptime (excludes scheduled maintenance)
• 🔧 Maintenance: Scheduled during low-traffic periods with advance notice
• ⚡ Emergency Updates: Security patches may be applied without notice
• 💾 Backups: Daily automated backups retained for 30 days

8. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

• ❌ Business decisions made using our data or recommendations
• ❌ Data loss due to third-party service failures
• ❌ Service interruptions or performance issues
• ❌ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• ❌ Lost profits or business opportunities

Maximum Liability: Total fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify b2bdata from claims arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, (c) your violation of laws or third-party rights.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until end of billing period.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate for:

• 💳 Non-payment or chargebacks
• 🚨 Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• 🛡️ Security risks to our platform or other users

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination: (a) access revoked immediately, (b) data deleted after 30-day grace period, (c) no refunds for unused time, (d) outstanding fees remain due.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before legal action, contact support@b2bdata.net for good-faith resolution attempt.

11.2 Arbitration

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules. Class actions waived.

11.3 Governing Law

12. Changes to Terms
